Once your child(ren) is registered with Learning Pods ATL, you can set up recurring credit card payments. You can also use fund from your Flexible Spending Plan offered by some employers.
Because pods are a shared service and a facilitator is committed to your pod, payment will be charged weekly regardless of missed days. If you are aware of a planned vacation or event that is at least one month out, we can discuss pro-rated payment for those days.
Learning Pods ATL operates related to the school calendar for the students' home school(s). If your pod does not want to meet based on religious holidays or planned vacations (of which we are aware at least a month out), we can discuss pro-rated payment for those days.
Learning Pods ATL follows the CDC guidelines to wash hands frequently, avoid close contact (social distancing), wear a mask, cover coughs and sneezes, and clean and disinfect frequently-touched surfaces. As pods are formed, we will work to customize each pod's "COVID-19 ground rules" based on science, as well as comfort level of pod participants.
Learning Pods ATL offers concierge service to all families. We will work with your schedule to find the right facilitator for you.
Aftercare pricing is based upon hours needed, number of children in the pod, and any specialty offerings you are interested in having for your pod students. Please contact our Pod Concierge to let us know these details.
Learning Pods ATL has a number of trained and background-checked substitutes available to deploy to your pod should the need arise.
Learning Pods ATL screens all facilitators and will offer candidate interviews once your deposit has been submitted. Because we are a concierge service, we require a good faith commitment to begin the matching process.
Our facilitators have experience with children of all abilities. During the intake process, our Pod Concierge will learn more about your child's needs and then we can determine how to move forward in the process.
